This happens when the Chromebook is positioned a bit high and youre touching the pad that is used to position the cursor, click on things like you do with a mouse. The problem began with a Windows upgrade. But if youre like me, you may have experienced this annoying thing called Joy-Con drift, where your on-screen characters or cursor just starts moving. Youre touching the mouse pad at the same time youre typing.
